My last 9 attempts with the previous WP version have failed. If anyone knows how to solve this, please contact me. I have emailed Support, but they don't seem to understand, or perhaps are just not able to help.
BTW, the worst part is that while the sync is running (for hours), my comments section is off line. I usually get several emails telling me the import is complete, but in the WP admin, I get an error message that says it could not complete the import.
