Bug Fixes and Troubleshooting
In the interest of full-disclosure with the Intense Debate community, I’d like acknowledge that there have been a couple of bugs in the system. Rest assured, we’ve pushed fixes for the major ones and will have fixes for any lingering ones shortly. We appreciate your patience as we take care of these. We request that you please hold-off on submitting reports for the next few hours as we continue to knock-off the lingering bugs. However, if you are still experiencing any issues at the end of the day, please submit your reports to support@intensedebate.com. Please make your reports as detailed as possible and include any screenshots you have. This will expedite the troubleshooting process.
Thanks for your patience. Intense Debate will be good as new. I’ll keep you updated as we continue to kick some bug ass.

Great system! Even with the bugs I'm trying to use your system as much as I can, of course there's a lot of improvements I would like to see here but it's better to let the work go naturally, without pressure.
Ok, just one question: could you put Orkut.com in the Profile networking section?
Thanks James. What kind of Orkut support would you like to have?
Article très intéressant que vous avez fait, j'espère que vous avez toujours là, travail bien dit …
Busby SEO Test
Nothing special, just the orkut profile URL in the list (Myspace, LastFM, etc).
Oh cool. I'll add it to the list. I'm actually fairly new to Orkut. What do you think of it?
My pleasure James! Thanks for your feedback. We'll continue to look into Orkut. Please email me at feedback@intensedebate.com when you have a chance.
Anytime, Michael, well if friendfeed or other services can grab users replies and comments on intensedebate your friends and others can see what is of interest and what is being talked about, also maybe integrating intense debate replies to comments through friendfeed would be pretty hot too. You may want to contact the friendfeed guys to get this started
I get some eroe message when i try to see the profile of the one who commented in my blog :
" Error!
Invalid profile userid "
Thanks for the feedback James! We will add Orkut to user profiles. And thanks for the Orkut info, reading into it now…
Looks like I'll have to start learning Portuguese!
Here is an example of what friendfeed does with disqus:
http://friendfeed.com/public?service=disqus
ID is much better than Disqus, and adding this will help others see that fact
Thanks for the kind words Raymond! Please feel free to send us any feedback – feedback@intensedebate.com
Thanks again for the great feedback!
Cheers,
Michael
Sorry to hear your about your experience. Please email me at support@intensedebate.com. It will be a great help if you could include the following info: your blog URL, the name of the user you were looking up, and the type of web browser and version that you were using.
Thanks,
Michael
Well.. I'm from Brazil and Orkut here is the most visited site. A lot of brazilian blogs and sites are updating to Intense Debate, so it would be a great option to us.
In fact, Orkut was first designed to US, but there was a massive brazilian invasion… there is more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orkut
Michael, I think that Orkut integration is not possible right now because Orkut is a closed site. I put my Twitter URL in the profile and I saw how integration works, and it is great! Thanks for your attention!!!
I think you guys should work with http://www.friendfeed.com and get your comments/information on that site, it will make intensedebate more popular virally, not to mention disqus is on there…
Keep up the great work guys. I love it on my blog, it works great on Startup Weekend and I plan on implementing it on some other sites I work on this weekend!
Thanks for the recommendation. What kind of integration would you like to have?
We can take care of this. Please send me your blog template at support@intensedebate.com
Thanks,
Michael
