Over 100,000 WordPress Plugin Downloads and Counting!

100,000-wordpress-plugin-downloads

We recently reached a major milestone for the IntenseDebate WordPress plugin: we’ve passed 100,000 downloads of our plugin through the WordPress repository!

Even cooler yet, that statistic does not include the total number of Blogger, Typepad, Movable Type, Tumblr, Joomla, Squarespace, iWeb, Ning, Omeka, Drupal, or Generic installs of IntenseDebate.

Thanks for your continued support and for helping us spread the word about IntenseDebate.  Here’s to the next 100,000!

  4. The above message indicates Drupal installs, though I don't see any options for installing on drupal. Did I miss something? Do you plan to release a version for drupal?

    Thanks…

  5. Just responded to your tweet. You can use our Generic install to access our JavaScript and install on Drupal. Please visit http://intensedebate.com/install to get started, and please email me with any questions – support@intensedebate.com. Thanks.

  6. Thanks Michael, would be great to have a simpler solution that doesn't require me to edit my themes manually. Any plans on an actual drupal module for integration/installation?

  7. No solid plans at the moment, but it's something we'll look at for future development.

  8. Hi Michael –

Newbie here. Great hosted application service.

We are using a Generic install to try out IntenseDebate. Please see here: http://www.privatepregnancy.co.uk/discussion-foru… . For some reason, it seems to break for Internet Explorer 8 while working fine on other browsers. Can you please help?

Also, is there a way to allow users to search comments? I cannot seem to find one!

  9. Hi Dhiraj – Thanks for the note. Currently we don't offer a search feature but we've got it in mind for the future.

I'll email you and we'll take a look at the IE8 issue. In the future, please email support@intensedebate.com. Thanks!
